My son and I just returned from a first-time trip to Madison. We booked our room at the Comfort Hearth Inn through online and I must admit I was a bit hesitant because of some of the reviews. I hope people read this review and feel confident that it is a great place to stay. The services were really excellent. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and everything worked perfectly. The room was small, but all we really did was sleep there so it was just fine. The bathroom was large and clean and we had plenty of towels and hot water, so nothing to complain about. I would highly recommend this room to anyone who would rather spend their money on shopping and sightseeing rather than a pricey place to stay. The neighborhood was fine, no problems for us at all. In my next trip I will definitely stay there again.
