If one were asked to name a city that is located on the Colorado River, in the southwestern region of United States and which is popularly known as Live Music Capital of the World, one would immediately say it as Austin, the capital of Texas. The city has six main Interstate Highways, which enables people to come from areas such as Houston, San Antonio, and El Paso etc. Other than roadways, many people arrive in the city by plane. The city’s Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, witness large numbers of air travelers round the year.
The city of Austin is well administered by the mayor and city council form of local government. Every department of the city is well looked after and is thus quite safe to live in. Moreover its clean water, local foods, greenery etc makes Austin a healthy city. |
