I just want to say a special thank you, our vacation was fabulous and in part because of some very special employees. All of the waiters in the resort were great but I have a couple that really stand out one was smith and another was Arnoldo. Our Avalon driver that picked us up from the airport Jose Antonio was the best he was so nice and showed us around and told us things to see and do and was just so helpful, he said he would like to go into "Sales" on day and I think he would sell a bundle. Not that it is hard because everyone seems to buy or is already an owner. The hotel rooms were well decorated and managed and the hospitability of the staff was really awesome. We really enjoyed dour trip to Cancun and definitely stay in the same hotel in our next trip.
