We traveled to Avalon Reef Club last summer for one week and then returned for two weeks, because we loved it so much. The island is great. Our only additional expense was the golf cart rental to tour the little island. The food was great. The staff was great. The beaches were beyond perfect. The snorkeling was fantastic. We traveled to Riviera Maya (Dreams Tulum) this summer to try something new. I don't want to go anywhere except Avalon Reef Club ever. On top of it all, the prices are the cheapest around (for a family of five). I highly recommend this resort/island. The staff was really helpful and courteous. The rooms were well decorated and clean. We really loved it and definitely will make a tour to Cancun as soon as possible, and stay on our favorite Avalon Reef Club.
