One can say what really a five star experience means when one walks into the Hilton Edinburgh Caledonian located on the princes street and near by the Edinburgh castle , its grandeur is incomparable with any other hotel in the world. From the time we entered the hotel there was luxury all over the luggage was in my room without me telling what to do or what not to do to the helper, the building had a grand Rocco look. Then we entered the dinning space which took me back to the Victorian age and it had great drapery work done all over it. The only sad thing being that one has to leave his pet back at home as the hotel doesn’t entertain pets of any sorts. I think there were around five restaurants in the hotel which gave a wide variety of food, including local cuisines. The ambience of the hotel was really very good its swimming pool was just adjacent to the jet tube and it really eased one out after all business meetings. Later I found out that the hotel was actually a very old hotel and no doubt it kept up to its reputation, with it providing 5 star services . .
