I had my official meeting at hotel Ambassador ) |
I had my official meeting at hotel Ambassador, New Orleans. Though our office is in the same city, but we prefer meetings out side for convenience of our clients and may be because hotels provide all resource required for a business meetings.
We had already booked the meeting hall at Business center, all of us reached the hotel comfortably and taken a corner at reception hall, it was a big one, and well furnished with luxurious sofa. Finally all of us gathered in meeting room, it was humorous meeting with lots of fun, the client was also staying in the same hotel. The meeting hall was Air-conditioned with facility like internet, printers, speakers, conference calling facility. We had been served coffee and tea on regular intervals and also they provide us the stationary to work on. The meeting started as all of us gathered and then at end we had some snacks and tea. At the end of the meeting, we decided to fix our all meetings in the same hotel.
