I was in New York City for a very short period of time and only needed the hotel for a short nap and shower. The hotel staff was very courteous and friendly. Gave me a wake up call on time and gave me directions to where I needed to go. The room was small as stated in other reviews but was very clean and well decorated. The bathroom was clean as well but again very small. No problem for me since I am single and not there for long. Check out was easy. The staff was of a different shift but still very professional. The Irish pub next door is really nice, bartender friendly food is good and the value is good too. The complimentary breakfast was really good. The hotel is worth the money and I highly recommended and definitely I will stay in my next trip to New York.
