I was worried about our stay after reading some of the previous reviews. I had a room on the Regency Club level which worked out quite nicely. Since the room included the club we ate a great deal of our food there. It certainly helped save on the expensive food costs in NYC. The room was a double and quite nice for NY standards. Bathroom could have had more counter space but they do provide wire shelf below the sink. Staff was polite and friendly.
The location is great, especially next door to Grand Central Station. You can access the GCS without leaving the hotel. GST has a 3 minute shuttle to Times Square that works out nicely since that is where you can pick up many of the city tours. Diffidently I would like to stay there in my next trip to New York City and also would like to recommend as most grand and luxurious hotel in the city for quality stay.
