I was very pleased to find a comfortable bed and an adequate amount of space for my things. It was very-very quiet which for New York is a good thing! I am also directionally challenged so the staff was very-very helpful in helping me find my way to their hotel as this was my first time traveling to New York City by myself! They truly made my stay there feel like I was a guest in someone's home. The staff was very friendly and the check out saved me a lot of time as I had to be somewhere fairly early in the morning and the location was ideal for the stay and I had to get too..
