The front desk person was so good and attractive. My room was in the basement next to an opened staircase which I felt unsafe. I went back to the front desk and was told in a nasty manner that there were no other rooms since I was in a smoking room. For a single female I felt unsafe. The room was clean and had no problem with that, only feeling unsafe next to the staircase going outside. I was told that 212 numbers was long distance and had to pay $5.00 for the use of the phone. The guestroom were so-so with a clean bathroom it was nice. The room services were fine. May be I would like to stay in my next trip or not, but hotel was fine.
