We have just returned from a holiday to New York where we stayed at Westin Hotel. The hotel was perfect and the staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. We were in New York to get married and had decided to have the ceremony in our suite so choosing the right hotel was very important. When we booked the Westin Hotel through Expedia I e-mailed the hotel to request a room on a high floor. This was obviously listened to because we were given a room on the 32nd floor. After the wedding we went on a dinner cruise and when we got back the staff had scattered rose petals in our room and left us a bottle of wine and card. It was so thoughtful and over and above the call of duty. It was such a nice end to the day. Hopefully we will be back in New York to celebrate an anniversary and I would definitely stay in the Westin Hotel again..
