Each & Every hotel we have got listed on our website is having individual policy for the online hotel booking through credit card. Some hotel requires credit card guarantee and few others requires charging a little extra amount like tax and all. So while booking a room through credit card please read all the term & conditions carefully.
There might be extra amount charged from your credit card as per your specific requirement like extra bed or extra meal and all or vice versa. You are requested to read this policy before paying any money . We make you sure that the credit card details & payment would be secure and all payment would be received on highly secure & safe servers. |
1 - You agree to pay the cost for your booking or reservation. If you do not pay this debt and it is collected through the use of a collection agency, an attorney, or through other legal procedure, you agree to pay all reasonable costs or fees, including attorney fees and court fees and costs, incurred in connection with such collection effort. |
2 - By proceeding with this booking or reservation or any services, you agree to all terms and conditions, which include the Cancellation Policy and all other terms & conditions contained in this User Agreement. |
3 - Requests for bed type and smoking preferences made by user, will be submitted to the hotel but are not guaranteed. |
4 - You must present a photo ID card or proff upon hotel check-in. |

If the place is of heavy rainfalls then one must carry umbrella and raincoats along boots. But, the cold wintry places should be visited with warm clothes like sweaters, jackets, shawls, etc. And if the place is scorched with hot rays of sun then take light cloths and the fabric should be cotton, so that the cotton clothes can easily soak up the sweats. However, the sunscreen, sunglasses and sun hats should also be carried to hot places.
One should not forget to carry a small first aid box and medications which are according to requirement. Bathing suits, towels, creams are the requirements for when you want to wet. Shoes and shocks should be carried in extra numbers like outfits because one cannot stay the whole day in a single dress. |

You may cancel or change your prepaid booking but you will be charged the cancellation or change fee indicated on the reservation order form. In addition, if you do not change or cancel your booking before the cancellation policy time period applicable to the hotel you reserved, which varies by hotel (usually 24 to 72 hours prior to your date of arrival), you will be subject to a charge of one night’s room rate, tax recovery charges and service fees. No refunds will be made to any user for no-shows or early checkouts from the hotel room(s).
You must see the hotel description for the cancellation policy period for each and every hotel. You agree to pay any cancellation or change fee that you incur. In some other cases, hotels do not permit changes or cancellations of bookings after they are made and paid, generally for stays during holiday seasons n periods or special events like christmas and/or new year events.
You will be notified before the booking order is completed and your credit card is charged if a booking is non-refundable or non-changeable. You agree to abide by the terms & conditions imposed with respect to any conditions imposed with respect to any completed reservation or booking order for a hotel room stay as specified on the reservation order form. |
