I arrived at the hotel about 12:30 AM, after traveling for 28 hours form the UK. The hotel shuttle was ready for me in airport I took it and after reached hotel just wanted to get to bed without a hassle. My room was spacious the bed was rather hard, and the carpet showing some age, but otherwise the room was very nice. The room housed everything like cable television, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator and internet access. The breakfast was acceptable. Taxis were always readily available, and I took the free shuttle to the Tampines once. I used room service one evening, and that was fine. I had an early flight home and I asked for the shuttle service and they arranged it genuinely. Hotel staff is really good and friendly and always give full services to their guests. I liked the hotel and would like to stay here again and perhaps this time with my family.
