Your Agreement

Hotels2stay provides hotels to stay on our website www.hotels2stay.net. Your agreement is with H2S & is subject to the booking terms & conditions of this agreement.

Our Hotel Reservation System - For online hotel booking through H2S, you must have to complete the online hotel reservation form & provide your credit card details which will work as a promise to secure your hotel booking. The person must be over 18 years of age and is liable for ensuring full expense with the hotel. They are also liable for keeping other members of his/her party informed as to the hotel booking details. The booking will be confirmed when an online confirmation along with the email for hotel booking confirmation form have been sent to you. We would like to advise you to take a print out of the confirmation at the time of booking and retain it for your reference.

If you do not see the confirmation online this means the booking is not confirmed & the agreement has not been made. Please carefully check the details on your online confirmation booking voucher/email and all other documentation on receipt and inform us immediately of any errors. Before making payment please review your reservation details and then made the payment. Hotels2stay.net only provides hotel details and associated intra Link 2 Us with the hotels directly. We do not receive any payment made by you or by any internet user through credit card or through any other payment option available online. Once you made the payment you will be sending an online confirmation email from the booking agents. Here at H2S we are only helping you in finding the best accommodation in your desired city. Although we have provided the toll free numbers so that you can book the hotel through phone and confirm your hotel reservation, or you may also book the hotel direct through toll free numbers. When using the toll free numbers you have to provide this discounted code in order to get the best possible discounted rates.

Payment -

All payments made by you would be receiving on highly secure servers. This payment will go to the hotel agents directly and then you will receive an online confirmation mail from them. Once you made the payment you may also call at provided toll free number and can ask for the confirm booking providing them the booking confirmation number and all other details.

Security -

This is very important to know that whenever you provide us with personal details or credit card information like number, name on credit card, expiry dates and other information, it is secure. Your complete details are protected by powerful Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology as it travels through the internet.

Cancellation Policy -

Cancellation policy may varies depends on the property you want to book for stay. Some hotel charge a little amount like $25 for cancellation of any booking or might be depend on the particular hotel cancellation policy.

(2) Hoteliers may suddenly change the terma and/or condition or withdraw a facility temporarily and/or permanently. This is beyond our control & we are unable to accept liability fall under these circumstances.

(3) We accept responsibility for the proven acts and/or omissions of our employees, agents, suppliers and sub-contractors providing they were at the time carrying out work in the course of their employment or contract.
