After extensive research on different travel websites and taking into account affordability, location and comfort we finally decided to stayed in The Grand Hyatt during our Tokyo trip.
We were nervous on the outcome however made the best decision definitely. As soon as the cab pulled up beside the apartments the entrance was instantly welcoming, clean and bright. Room were good with 1bed apt with 2 double beds and pull down sofa bed in lounge with table and six chairs and gallery kitchenette in lounge. Bathroom was fine. Reception staffs, cleaning staff and room services were nice. Location was also good. The tip is look at all the coupons at the reception between 2 front doors there are coupons with money off mm's , all attractions etc and use them in your tour to Tokyo. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel and sure you will also enjoy the stay at The Grand Hyatt.
