It was my first visit to Japan and I spent five nights at the Grand Pacific in mid-February. Hotel is situated at the wonderful location; city of center is only 10 minutes. The main shopping area is also very close to the hotel. Hotel room was very good with comfortable beds, Lcd screen television, coffee maker and other quality facilities. Toilet is multi-functional. Hotel houses two restaurants Le Bouquet and Hamayo-decent. We tasted cuisine of both the restaurants. But you have other options which are only few steps from the hotel.
Drat! A bit more of Japanese culture would have been nice. But, I suppose one could say that spotlessly clean, and prompt and efficient services are aspects of Japanese culture, too. Best in the hotel is from the Sky Lounge on the top floor, which overlooks the city. Hotel staff is very courteous and well behaved. I liked the hotel and would like to come back as soon as possible.
