Quality hotel to stay ) |
It was our four nights stay in Venice in the Hotel Al Codega. It is tucked away in a quiet courtyard, about 2 minutes walk to St. Mark's square in one direction and about 3 minutes to the Rialto in the other direction. The hotel is very recently constructed and rooms are small as per European standard, not big like American standards, but they were very well appointed. Room houses all quality amenities like cable television, coffee maker etc. Best of all, the beds were large, comfortable, with very nice linens! Our room had a little seating/dressing area and in addition a wonderful clean main bedroom. The bathrooms are all fully marble with great showers and bathrobes. The breakfast was good and they offer new cuisine. The hotel staff is very accommodating and well behaved too.
Overall, we can say that we enjoyed very much our stay and would stay in this hotel again during our next trip.
